If an NBA team were to move?

first of all you have to think of the cities. can they support a team? california already has several, and it's unlikely Anaheim, San Jose or San Diego would be good because people in those cities are already loyal to different teams. Buffalo wouldn't support a team AT ALL and Quebec probably wouldn't either. Baltimore (I'm a DC native) wouldn't because as far as I know they're all Wizards (soon to be Bullets!!!) fans. so i dunno. Tampa not and Cincy not but maybe Louisville or St. Louis
