Can I go to a Vancouver university in BC if I'm from Quebec ?

I'm starting my senior year of high school in september 2011 and I've been looking at my options for my near future ... I don't know which university I want to go or the location yet. The tricky thing with Quebec students is that the education is a bit different ... I don't know how it could work to transfer to British Colombia ?! Right now the closest and good university I could go to is OttawaU in ontario which borders where I live so it's not too far .. Anyone can help me ?
