How long does a disneyland backround check take?

I recently went to my in person interview at Disneyland in Anaheim, California and everything went well. My recruiter decided to go forward with my application and all she said I need to do is wait for a backround check and its results. She told me that this could take 10-14 days and that they would notify me by phone. Im wondering if anyone knows how long this process actually takes and if they will actually notify me by phone? thank you!
