Do I stand a chance at these schools?

Wow that "mexicans" comment was stupid because Mexican Spanish and Spanish Spanish are extremely different and the SAT is based on the proper Spanish Spanish. As long as you do well in those AP classes, you'll bring up your GPA and make yourself look more impressive. Also what did you make on your AP tests? And why don't you take AP Spanish for your senior year? That'd be easy for you. And you sure could get into a lot of those. Oh and if your parents would hate you for going to community college then they're major hypocrites, considering they didn't even graduate high school.
